I prefer it shaved. I can honestly say that I have never seen an escort that let herself go a few days. When they are working, they should be shaving down there every day. I have neve had the problem that you have encountred.

My only problem with shaved is it's usually bland and boring.  The one thing that saves me a small fortune is most providers seem to be shaved. If I see someone that is completely shaved, it's most likely an accident. Hair brings variety to the region.
