Like you, my contact with Staff and Admin is through PM or regular email. I don’t have a red phone that connects to a similar phone in his office. ;) When I contact Staff, my PMs carry no more weight than yours. I’d like to think Staff is sitting at his PC thinking, “I hope thirsty contacts me today!” but he probably isn’t.

Let me give you the advice I give everyone who contacts me about a review.

1. You must submit a Problem Report.
2. Be courteous. Don’t threaten legal action or threaten to call down a plague on everyone connected to TER and their descendants. ;)
3. Use the provider’s review history to back up your argument. For instance, if the lady’s review history shows Incall only and the review that you’re questioning, claims different, emphasize this point in your argument.

I don’t mind listening or answering your questions (within reason ;) but, when you write to me about reviews, you’re only adding an extra link to the chain.

Remember, TER board moderators don’t see new reviews any quicker than you do. For the gents who ask me, “Why haven’t I gotten credit for this review?” or “Why was my review rejected?” the first thing you need to do is check the status of your review. Click on the Status: button at the top of any TER page. On the next screen, click the “List my reviews” link in the left menu. Then click the “View” button next to the appropriate review. If your answer isn’t there, you need to contact Admin.

Thanks for understanding.
