Oh, no I'm sorry they only won a meaningless regular season game against the Yanks.

Just so Red Sox fans don't get too excited, this is just a reminder of what happened last year in Game 7. :)

Um, a few responses:
   1) use the board for its purpose. Post this on the flame section. or a sports board not affiliated with ter. or politics.
   2) Yanks lost the series, bub. Sorry. ;)
   3) Hope you're proud of them. They sued a team for not showing up--because that team's families were in danger from a hurricane. Nice image, loser.

Lets remember its only one game today and the Yankees had one of these days too with the Indians I believe recent.... :(

After an excruciating loss last night.........AHHHHHH....sweet revenge!!!......GO YANKS!!.......

A mere blip in the road that will see the Sox kick the crap out of the Yanks when it counts next month.  The Yanks may well win the AL East now, will be hard for the Sox to win all of the remaining four games to erase the 3 1/2 game lead, and we know that we cannot count on the Yankee led, oops, sorry, Lou Pinella led Devilrays to win any of their remaining games with the Yanks.
So, it comes to October.  And when it is over, that arrogrant smile will be wiped off your face.

- The Curse my ass. Will not help you this year.
- Aaron Boone is now selling realstate.
- 1918 is just another year in the past, forget about it!

And Oh, BTW.  The Yankees SUCK!!!  Go Sox!

Wow, "Yankees Suck"!  True baseball acumen.  Why not just appreciate the best sports rivalry on the planet and stop all the testosterone fueled nonsense.  When the Sox actually win something, they will be given their due as a great team, right now they are a good team chasing a very good team.  Play ball!

The score says it all and then some!  I love this game, but I would rather organize a game with Taylor James and Sexy Toni on Long Island ASAP! That would be the ultimate matchup and to that I say PLAY BALL!!

Red Sox fans awake everyday hoping that the Yanks had a bad night and cannot play well the next day, AND, Yankee fans probaly feel the same way about the Sox.  Stuff like this and the retribution that it causes is what makes rivalries great.
Both cities are among the top (if not the top) great cities of the world.  Unlike a few Red Sox fans, I like the city of New York and enjoy spending as much time there as I have time for.  I also like the people that I meet, especially the cabbies, who I often have enlightening conversation with during trips between my destinations.  I would like to spend more time in each of the NYC boroughs, but unfortunately, my trips there have not allowed such a pleasure to happen.  I think that Boston is a neater and more upscale city than New York (at least what I have seen of NYC, mostly Manhattan), but both cities have their charms and downsides.  I love the way that New York City has walking paths that allow one to walk or run for miles along pleasant routes. Boston should have more of such amenities and hopefully with the Big Dig completing, will develop the greenbelts that have been promised.  Boston has a great harbor and can develop more waterfront facilities for the public like NYC has.
But the fact remains, I live in the Boston metro region and have grown into a diehard Red Sox fan.  So with this in mind, I have to say ...The Yankees SUCK!!!.  Sorry about the lack of baseball acumen, the gut instinct got the best of me.
Go Sox!!!!

Don't worry my dog showed her respect for the Red Sox by doing her business all along the Freedom Trail (in her Yankees sweater no less). There is a tidy one for you (I am still laughing).

By The way now if only the players could resemble the neatness of the city it would be a perfect match!  You'll have better luck with your Pat's my friend. The Sox suck and are finished.
Atleast they have proven themselves to be winners! Yesterday was a great day!  Pedro will get the KO today.

I thought you had a chance when Ashley was rooting for the Red Sox but even that won't help.

outcome.  Enjoy.  Don't you guys in NYC have to use pooper-scoopers, or was that just when Ed was mayor?  I could see how you could forget poop-scooping on Boston's Freedom trail, especially with Ashely in a Yankees sweater, you were probaly too busy running for your life :-))).
 Enjoy the game today.

LETS GO METS!!!!!!!....OK OK SO IM A GLUTTON FOR ABUSE..BUT IT COULD BE WORSE I COULD BE ART HOWE!
