Happy 2011,

I have been looking into subletting an apt. in the city for six months in Feb. or Mar.

After touring the country for 2010 I have concluded that NYC is the best place to work in this economy. I have ALWAYS loved NYC because of the vibe, arts, people and I have a group of friends who already living there, however, I would appreciate any advice on the city, "business", gyms, salons, and clients.

My questions and concerns are:

1. Law Enforcement
2. Hotels I should be concern doing outcalls to?
3. Best locations to lease an apt.
4. Best time of day to see clients?
5. Are clients still visiting providers when its winter season.
6. Best Season for business
5. Anything you feel I need to know.

PM them....also, ask Staff for you to be part of the Ladies Board (you need to be approved).

Some of your questions are sensitive and everyone - including LE - can read the public part of the board.

Better do all backchannel...just my 2 cents.
