REJECTION by Molly McCarthy, the Irish Lass-What do you think?

You could have posted this as a hypothetical situation without naming the provider. It looks like sour grapes to me.
So you were rejected. This happens to nearly every hobbyist who will not give out personal information. Get over it, and move on.

ladies WITHOUT giving your real name. If you have access to a TER's members log in information, it is pretty easy to impersonate that guy.

And given the ease with which the pros steal all kinds of other identity information, it is naive to think they couldn't get that info. A lot of guys keep passwords on their computer and you know for sure what your plumber is doing while you are downstairs.

I was surprised and disappointed to learn that Irish Molly McCarthy, formerly known as Sandy Moore of  the Red Heels  Agency and also previously known as Ann Sullivan of Gina's GFE's and originally known as (partially moderated by beatpoet), rejected my request for an appointment. Despite my VIP TER membership with 186 reviews ; White Listing by numerous prominent providers and listing with Preferred 411, her screener advised that without disclosing my real name, she would not schedule an appointment with me. This was so even when I offered to present my  photo ID drivers license upon meeting her. Unfortunately, as a married man who prefers maintaining his anonymity, I wouldn't disclose my real name in advance of a meeting. So I guess it's my loss which I have to accept. Of the hundreds of providers I have met, no one has ever insisted upon disclosure of my real name. My anonymity is what keeps me from attending the Meet and Greets and I really don't understand how a provider can expect me to disclose  my real name as a condition of scheduling an appointment.Providers....I ask you. Is this the new trend or is Molly McCarthy being unnecessarily super cautious? Hobbyists...have you experienced this as well?

Many discerning ladies require such information for scheduling.  If a lady does not mesh with your comfort levels of discretion, simply move on to the next one.  Plenty of choices out there nowadays, right?? ;-)

We all have our own standards of comfort.  Each should always be respected.

to choose who we do and do not want to see.

And, we don't owe anybody any explanations for our decisions.

I think the post by both Sexegenarian and The Red Heels was highly inappropriate.

Instead of simply moving on to another provider, you chose to slam this provider and attempt to make her look bad because she refused you.  Do you honestly think your post will do her harm?  I think even more ladies will refuse you now.  And you most likely just boosted her business.  Your ego overflowith my dear.

As for the red heels agency chiming in against her... Every girl in that agency should start looking for another one!  They obviously do not stand behind the ladies right to refuse.  Wow...

Precaution is fine, I understand that.  But I've been asked for my full name, home and telephone number, business telephone number, and employer!  That's a bit much, especially since most SP ads emphasize discretion! Ha, yeh sure.  I'll give my REAL name when the SP gives me hers !
Oh, and then they want a glowing review ....

First, asking for a real name is common.

Second, a lady has the right to request the level of screening information that makes her feel comfortable opening her door to a strange man. It's up to you to decide if you're comfortable providing that information. If you're not, just move on to the next lady.

Throwing a temper tantrum and making a mean-spirited post about her is in poor taste and indicates that she made the right decision in refusing to see you.

Why would I indulge the most private of activities of such a sensitive and sensual nature when I don't even know their name?  You could easily have high jacked the account and be using it to do harm.  Until a full name and # can be checked with a previous provider that you are ok, you do not have an in with many.

You know when I do not know the name of a guy I nail?  When I pick one up at the bar and do him for free NOT WANTING to know his name though they are usually more then happy to supply it.

It has always and will always be my practice...

Afraid that she might know you from her 'real life' and wants to ensure that when she opens the door she's not going to be staring at her boss from her day job, or her neighbor or any other person from her personal life. It's not uncommon at all SXGEN.
Don't take it personally.
Obviously, she doesn't even know who u r so you can't take it personally ;-)
She's just being cautious.
Totally understandable.

So just let that be a note to you to never contact me because I WILL expect your real name. Because you just never know.

It's nothing new. I've refused many appointments because men believe that their TER presence is enough. It's not. They believe a reference from someone I don't know is enough. It's not. I'm stringent on my screening because I need to be to be able to open the door and go through the appointment. It's about ME. It's about MY comfort, and it's about WHAT I WANT.

It is NOT about you at ALL until YOU get in the door. The process for getting into the room is ALL about me and what makes me comfortable. If I am NOT comfortable with the information provided you can guarantee that I will not be meeting you. That goes for anyone who wants to see me. It's MY safety, MY body, MY life, and I damn sure WILL have your FULL REAL NAME.

If you don't want to give it that's your choice to, we are obviously not suited.

End of story. Move on.

There is enough pussy in the ocean to not get your knickers in a wad about ONE GIRL.

Listen I am not one to sugar coat ..
Here is the deal, it could be any of the reasons mentioned or it could be quite frankly be that many people have this image of you thinking that you give high scores to undeserving ladies.
Rumor has it that well I reallly do think you know what they say about you because people post it and get at you all the time.If she thinks having a review from you makes her look bad she is going to pass .I am not trying to insult i just sorta wanna say what others haven't really.IDK how much value your reviews hold at this point Sex you have been flamed so many times.Maybe she got info from another saying you are this or that maybe she has seen you being flamed?? If a review regardless or score is a hinderance well ..... IDK Sex I think that maybe it though. Also getting an AOK from an EX Agent of mine is not something I do .I know them where to find them etc but it is not common practice for a provider who is indy to accept agency referals /Sorry . just want to say what really should have been said already, .Miss K

TBM, and most everyone else, is right.

She doesn't want to see you and she doesn't have too.

Sadly, there is slavery in this institution.  If you want to see someone who doesn't have a choice and has to fuck you, it sounds like that's what you are looking for.

I don't give out my real name either.  And you know what I do when a girl requires it?  I say, "Sorry.  I guess it won't work out." and I move on.

I do share most of my real name, which is out of both my and the lady's comfort level.  It is solely up to the provider or agency on how they conduct their business and livelihood, to affirm or deny.  Just as people post their thoughts and opinions on this thread, there are as many reasons as to why or why not a lady will see you.  When they ask for my name, I provide it.  When they ask for a pic of my cock, I ask, "from which angle?"  They control who they see; we are the fortunate ones to get the thumbs-up (not literally).

I hope everyone learns from this lesson and take heed to the daily dilemmas that these ladies have to contend with.  To see or not to see.

The damages caused by this post could be minimal or massive.  Use caution, because I will let people speak their minds, even though there could be fall-out.

or legal...

As with any legal contractual transaction, which spending time with one person in exchange for compensation is legal ;-}.....then.....
Yes, within the law

Someone can certainly reserve the right not to sell something to someone... within the law. Depending on the laws that apply where you live, a provider cannot discriminate on the basis of sex, nationality, religion, etc. But apart from that, sure. The principles of contract law are that when you're selling a product, in this case, the product is time (well spent time, but time, none the less) the provider is actually making an offer to the buyer to purchase, which they can then accept or reject. A provider can choose whether or not to make the offer in the first place. That said, once you make the offer and they accept, you are contractually obliged to go through with the sale.

So, just as we are free to not accept offers, providers offering time are free to reject offers to purchase.

As long said rejection is not made based upon religion, which I guess was not part of screening, gender (probably guessed you to be a guy, and not her first, so no discrimination there), nationality.

I would guess this one is called the "don't ask, don't tell" refusal.

Hey, it's alot better than the rejection based upon a hobbyist refusal to shower when entering, also called "she asked cuz I smelled" rejection.

Fail to see why so many on this post are being nasty here. Sexegenarian is relaying his experience here that we can all learn from and be reminded of (free choice). He's a veteran here--show some respect. As I would say to some of the nasty posters here, "what's it to you?"

Really think being a white knight here is gonna get you a free bbbj from providers reading this post. Stop brown nosing each other! Come on!!! move on to the next topic and let this post die a natural death. What's it to you if Sexegenarian is asking "why"?

If anything, I think this provider's business is gonna increase--free publicity thanks to all you whiteknights. And what do you get in return....nothing!

Let's move on

I've tried to see her twice and each time she made up some weird excuse, like I smelled of garlic or somesuch. That's when I've already been screened and am in the room! But as everyone says, it's up to her to decide. It'd be nicer if we could both know in advance, but I'll leave that for the next advance of web sites...
