Is there such a thing?

I have been seeing prodommes in NYC for 10 years.  I love the strenous bondage, gagging, flogging, cbt, dildo games, and so on.  I love a dungeon with suspension and a variety of really non-negotiable bondage options.  

But something is missing.  I will avoid being graphic in deference to the rules of the board.  

But is there such a thing - or such a person in NYC - who is

And who know her way around the various abbreviations used on this site?  Prodommes treat these as incompatible.  Is that also the opinion of escorts (esp. incall)?  I'm not really interested in 'lite dominance' but someone who can tie me down in a nasty manner and well...
