Is Madison Club still open, or is SpiceNYC.info (formerly CorporateSecret.com) my best bet for spa-plus-services?

Does anyone have info for Madison Club?  How do I gain entry?

Any help would be welcomed and appreciated.

Corporate secret is no great shakes anymore.  Was there a few months ago--just ok (new location).  Spa plus experience are the AMPs.
