When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to separate a portion of my funds in order to satisfy another portion of myself, I will adhere to the following:
1. I will always be polite to the provider of the service- both while making arrangements and when in her/his/their presence.
2. I will always give the provider ample time to schedule me.
3. I will never use paypal, credit card, checks or any other such form of currency, instead I shall pay cash for both the ease of transaction and the psychological limit it will place on my own spending.
4. I will always give the provider advance notice, of at least two hours, when I must cancel or reschedule.
5. For incall, I will not draw attention to myself in the building or neighborhood of the provider so as not to disturb their domestic tranquility.
6. I will never cooperate with LE before, during, or after any incident involving me and a provider.
7. I will never tolerate bait and switch tactics from a provider and will make my dissatisfaction known by leaving or m in cases of outcall, dismissing the substitute without payment.
8. I will never threaten a provider with a bad review on any Board; nor will I attempt to curry favors by promising a good review.
9. If I do decide to post a comment or review on any board, it will be accurate and not divulge information which could be of help to LE.
10. I will, while in communication with the provider and if I decide to post a comment or review, insist on strict adherence to truth-in-advertising. A 32A is not a 36DDD and 43 years old is not 22 years old.
11. I will never pay for a single provider for a single hour, more than the lesser of either: (a) the going rate for a neurological consult in the most expensive city in the United States (currently $300 p/h in NYC) or the customary single-withdrawl cash machine limit (currently $300.00).
12. I will make exceptions to (11) in the cases of multiple providers and multiple hours only.
13. I will endeavor to cajole, convince, or otherwise persuade my brother hobbyists to adopt this Manfesto.

While you make many good points in your manifesto, I think it is unfair to expect people to agree to the entire thing. Point #11 is really the main issue. I personally do not usually pay over $300 anyway, but I believe it is unfair to ask people on this board never to do so. It is within their right to choose how to spend their time and money, regardless of how we may feel about it. If it is some guy's fantasy to be with a star then let him pay the higher price. I think if you excluded that issue (and of course #12 which is linked to it) you will not get much of an argument from anybody else on this board since the rest seems to be common sense and courtesy.
Articles #11 & #12 are crucially important as they confer proper status on the provider (equal in rank to neurologists) and restore the hobbist to his proper rank.
Most importanly, let's remember that the provider is not benefitting long or short-term by these well-orchestrated exotica-2000 style agency road trips- someone else is.
Adherence to articles #11 & 12 will provide disincentive to pimps (e-pimps as well as real life ones) to profit off the backs of providers. Wouldn't you rather hand a provider $300 you know she is keeping that $1000.00 of which some leech is sucking 70%?
