Please compare us to greatness!

WE give a better GFE,

Nici's cost $2000/hr,

often with a $10,000 minimum.

Has anyone tried us & them?

Honestly how do we compare?

Many of Nici's girls have interviewed with us,

and none have stuck around because

they say we don't charge enough.

If money were no object,

I admit that's where I'd personally go!

(In addition to New York Confidential - of course!)

By the way I've heard from these girls

that Nici treats them like gold.

We respect that.

If anyone knows Nici, please foward this to her :)

I have never had the "pleasure" of one of Nici's girls. But I can't imagine that their girls are worth the extra $1200 - 1400 per hour more that NY Confi charges.  Sometimes, it's just the appeal of spending more money than anyone else can that lures peoplel to agencies like Nici's girls.  It makes some of their clients feel like they are part of a very exclusive and private club.  When in reality, both agencies are serving the same prime rib that was bought at the same meat market  (bad analogy, huh?)  It goes back to the old advertising saying that I believe Jerry Della Femina coined, "Sell the sizzle, not the steak."  Well, Nici is probably just selling sizzle and serving the same steak that NY Confi does.  Of course, if Nici's wants to challenge me on my assessment, I'll be glad to do a taste-test sampling and report back.  However, I won't be holding my breath.

I don't even bother reading a NYC post any longer!

The over-the-top daily/weekly Mktg campaigns and chest pounding devalues what ever service & talent they bring to the table. Plus the variable up selling RE:n pricing certain gals that they put in play has really turned me off.

My 2 cents... they might want adopt a lower key profile & let the gals service levels sell their firm.

One guys observations.

some of us just don't need all the hoo-ha. You do have to know the turf better and put up with a few zeros, loonies, airheads, and all that you would expect... but after a while you say so what?

My 2 cents is if the price is too high, not really worth it. Its not making me any younger or anything. The whole vs bit is too much. Its about quality and time = the $$$ but dont go crazy ... but I would admit if I was donald money like trump. I wouldnt write this and all you girls would know who I am....lol.

I have tried both and with the right girls-Cheryl, Amy,-
nothing compares to New York Confidential when Jason's pays attention. Ted also will lead you into heaven. The question becomes whether the customers wants a GFE experience or a night at Scores.

What's the problem with a marketing campaign.  Any new business, regardless of the field, needs to create a campaign to get themselves noticed in a crowded field of competitors.

nothing wrong with Mktg to create "pull" when you are new or changing positioning in the market you serve.

But they have gone way beyond the pale thru self posting, self promoting campaigns and asking community members to act as proxy's for them.

Let me admit that my comments are subjective analysis. BUT.... It gets old and pushes folks (at least me) away from them.

That's it for me on this subject. Back to provider discovery & then hobbying.

IMHO, the NYC moderator may take a hard look at these types of posts.

I have been posting less because of the negativity.  Frankly, none of this bashing each other effects a client's opinions as to whether or not he will use them.  We consider the source.

Let's all play nice.  There is plenty of room in the sandbox.

Since when is self promoting a bad thing?  What's wrong with asking a satisfied client to get the word out for them?  The agency is not forcing their clients to say things in which they don't believe.  Nor are they "paying off" anyone or throwing "freebies" to people who say good things about them.

God knows I've spent plenty of money with them and I've posted lots of good things about them.  I spend my money there because I like what they have to offer.  I say good things about them on this board because I believe in what I'm saying.  I've done all this on my own without being asked to and without being thrown a "freebie."

It's the same old saying  in any business: If you like our service and our product, tell your friends about us.  Why should this business be any different?  Is that because it bursts the bubble of bliss that these women are really in love with us?

I agree with Hueyfan, lets stop all this bashing that seems to cycle around every few weeks.  The only time bashing is appropriate on this board is when someone does something that is truly offensive, abusive, or outright dishonest.  With that said, let's all get back into Huey's sandbox and share our toys with one another.  (And no sand throwing!)

If a guy has a great time with a particular girl, then he should spread her name if he wishes.

Who really cares what agency she is from?

This competitive agency-bashing is very counterproductive.
