Did I ever say it was a crime?

Anyone with smarts know that doing all what you mentioned only draws attention to yourself. Why would anyone want that?

And trust me, these boards are being monitored big time.

Take a chill pill and don't be so hostile...

They seem to have learned Jasons arrogance and are just asking to be busted. One has to wonder if they honestly think forwarding the NYC phone lines to theirs are untraceable.

What regular with a brain would even call? You know LE is monitoring all calls and keeping records.

"Online and at the Erotic Review Board — a forum where johns rate their "dates" — Itzler's "girls" always got high ratings. The ads, Web site and Internet "ratings" caught the attention of undercover cops, according to the criminal complaint against him. In one encounter at a New York hotel, an NY Confidential "date" agreed to have oral sex and intercourse for $990 with an undercover cop — and then asked him to log on to the Erotic Review forum and give a "10" rating, according to the complaint."

"It's regulars only, cash only and out-calls only," one source explained."

So do these girls just happen to remember you as a regular or are they referring to records to check your status when you call? Sounds as though all the records may not have been siezed.

"It's unclear if the workers' flamboyant accused pimp, Jason Itzler, is being cut in on the allegedly continuing action."

I would bet he is not being cut in on the action and as he sits in lockup, his blood boils reading these articles.

"The NYPD is continuing its investigation into the agency, law-enforcement sources said."

And people are still calling for appointments? Not too smart.

"The charges in this case have been extracted out of context and magnified out of proportion," said Mel Sachs, lawyer for Itzler"

Wow, he got Lil Kims lawyer... Wonder how he got the legit funds to pay for this guy.

"seizing documents and his computer"

If they got a computer, they have everything he ever entered on the thing. Wonder how precise he actually was with his record keeping.

"launched Soho Models, a Manhattan phone and cybersex business, in 2002. Forced out by his partners, he then opened NY Confidential"

Looks as though he got bitch slapped a few times.

"The ads, Web site and Internet "ratings" caught the attention of undercover cops, according to the criminal complaint against him."

They are watching you on here! Your post are associated with an IP address which will lead right into your home...

"Women who've worked for Itzler described NY Confidential's massive, Moroccan-themed Worth Street loft as a palatial playground for high-end pleasure seekers."

Looks as though some have been rounded up and are talking...

"Itzler remains in jail in lieu of $250,000 bail."

I guess since the court wants legit funds he can't make bail. As far as his lawyer goes, obviously he could care less where the money comes from, as long as it's green. Typical scum bucket lawyers... Do anything for the almighty dollar.

It's Not A Crime To:

-- Post an ad in a magazine
-- Write a review on TER (freedom of the press)
-- Run a phone and cybersex business
-- Inflate ratings
-- Hire an escort

As far as watching us here, give me a break.  Yes possible BUT unlikely.

It is illegal to exchange sex for money.  And even that one is going to be hard to prove since Jason was not in the room with the escort.  It will most likely get bargained down to promotion of prostitution.  But given priors it's not helping the matter.  The DA has it's work cut out and needs to build a case before bring it to court.  Part of that is "seizing documents and his computer" and what they contain.

My 2 cents, he got too big.
End Of Story!!!

the undercover cop had the session (sex) with the girl?  It would seem like the girl would not ask for the 10 rating before the session, but would more likely to ask for it afterwards.  Wouldnt you agree?  Not to to put more wood to the fire, but just an interesting choice of words within the article. Makes me wonder how many sleazy cops out there are willing to fuck the girl and then arrest them.

In a court of law you have proof and credibility.  Chances are IF there's any truth to the article, the conversation has been recorded.  Without that you have no proof the conversation took place.  Also note, something like this is not going to involve one detective.  In a sting operation often more than one detective is involved.

Not taking sides here people, just stating the facts.  I enjoy this hobby just as much as the next guy.

The real question here is the following...

Is our tax dollars being used to pay for these sessions?

I think we all know where the money comes from...

Guys, you know everything in these pages is pure fiction.  Kinda like letters to Penthouse Forum, get it?  Just a bunch of guys with active imaginations.  No point in you paying any attention at all to any of this.  Go have a donut.
