Hey all, I'm from Westchester, NY and have been browsing TER for the past few weeks. I'm hoping to have a great first time experience with an escort and have been having a tough time getting through to the provider. The only thing I can think is, besides being totally upfront about the information you can provide, offer a paid meet & greet period so she can meet you and be comfortable. Otherwise you're probably going to have to wait.
Personally, I have seen newbies sans reference before. But I understand why people wouldn't want to do so.

...and let then do an employment verification...then contact your provider of choice through the P411 messenger...it will increase your chances of getting into the room quite a bit...
Based on your post, it sounds like you have a lot to learn, which is not a problem. Trying to get into things too quickly could lead to mistakes, such as a disappointing time or worse.
You should go over to the newbie board and read some threads (or even the Self Help Manual). You can find out about references, P411, Date-Check, employment verification (ups and downs), "newbie friendly," what to say and what not to say in emails / texts, and so on.
I'd just like to see change that ASAP to ASARP (as soon as reasonably possible). Don't worry. It will happen. Take it slow
