A lady only needs to show up to the hotel room and she can be arrested for intent to do business (without a license), based on her website or advertisment. I promise you a cop is not going to go to all of that trouble, only to let the lady go because she didn't cooperate with the exact plan to get her to admit to prostitution. If he can get her to show up at all, you can bet she's getting cuffed and charged with whatever they can pin on her, no matter how minor.

Very typical LE bust and, YES, they will pin anything on the girl and even if she didn't say a WORD about money or services they have her taken to the station because they already did all the homework on her activities prior booking a phony appointment.
