Hi guys.  Thanks for all the great reviews.  I'm new to this board and have been reading alot of reviews of the girls at Julie's.  I'm curious, if the girl gives you BBBJTC/CIM and 2 cups, what kind of tip are you giving?  I tend to be an over tipper myself, but have not experienced that kind of (esteemable) service.
