You should save your reviews on Microsoft Word. In case anything happens(like a power outage), you will have your reviews saved and you could always go back to them. This is what I do.

I just finished writing 2 reviews (Nikki and Colette) and a nice long one on Haley, then the power goes, eeeeRRRRR.

So now I have to rewrite Haley's review again.
