There are a lot of interesting ads on there.  I'm wondering if they have been used by anyone on this board.

How about a brief review and sharing the contact info.

Well I have posted adds on CL here in NYC because I have found the boards here to be slow. I tried in Boston but I can tell you  that the crowd on CL between NY and Boston are VERY different. NY works much better on CL overall. I won't use it in Boston at all.

she asked not, as she is very low profile and works only one or two a month

I responded to one of the ads recently.  Wanted a little adventure.  Ended up freezing my butt off on a street corner waiting for the date.  It was the two call system.  She ended up being a no show.  I knew I was taking a risk with an unknown and had left all my credit cards and valuables at home just in case I got robbed.  Fortunately, all I lost was cab fare.

Glad that mattg had a good experience, but craigslist seems very hit and miss.  One problem is that it tends to attract self-styled non-profs.  That sounds great in theory (i.e., the ultimate GFE) but in real life you end up with girls who are desperate to pay rent but are pretty ambivalent about having sex with strangers.  There's certainly nothing wrong with that, but it's not what most of us are looking for.  What most of us like are women who whatever their backstory are able to come to our meetings with genuine enthisiasm.  Speaking for myself, looks are important but not critical -- if I find a pleasant-looking girl who starts going crazy during DATY and then spews heartfelt dirty talk during mish or cowgirl then I'm a happy guy.  The TER reviews give me a way to figure that out in advance.  But as I said a craigslist girl with no reviews is basically hit and miss; on one occasion I met someone for a drink and then walked away because I just wasnt interested.  IMHO craigslist is an OK option for the hobbyist looking for new blood in the 200-300 price range, but otherwise not worth it.
