I agree. Remember when Heidi Fleiss was busted? She kept names of all these stars that frequented her place and not one of them was even arrested. It's too costly and time consuming to prove you actually solicited. The DA's office just wants the publicity for busting a house and the drug and money laundering charges. The only clients who will suffer are the ones who were caught in the act, and even then the worst part for them is the embarrassment because they'll just have to face misdemeanor charges and basically do community service.
i have a question as to what will the LE do now with their conitued search. will they go after more clients i mean they could easily try to get phone records if they wanted to so you never know. basically i want to and this may sound naive or stupid but will i or any other clients be in trouble from the LE now???
there seems to be mixed messages about what le can and can't do regarding clients of julies. also, is has been said that julie did not keep personal info...who knows?? i hope to think that there is nothing to be gained by coralling the several hundred or more clients she had and then trying to prove in in fact something happened or didn't. your thoughts appreciated...
Don't believe the cops can come after you for any type of criminal proscecution after the act just because your name appears in a book or some girl says so just to save her own ass. I may be wrong, but they have to catch you soliciting a prostitute in order to charge you with solicitation. Even if so, do you really believe the they would continue to waste resources and time trying to get a misdemeanor conviction? If you believe this, well...I have a bridge to sell you.
About the only thing cops can due with the names in a little black book is threaten you with exposure (what if your wife found out?)and basically harass you. If you are contacted by the cops, politely tell them you have nothing to say without the council of a lawyer. Know Your Rights boys and girls!!
