Just wondering if anyone can tell me a good spot to gamble in the New York State area....
Obviously one would want to go to Altantic City, but was wondering if there are any Charity Casino Functions coming up in and around the Manhattan area...

Hi Jamie, I hear there's a casino cruise that leaves from Freeport LI. Im not sure about NYC, but there maybe something similiar. You may want to do a search on the net. I doubt you will find anything on land, but you never know.

A Charity Casino Function is where all monies taken in by an establishment go TO an actually Charity or most of the proceeds.
Usually they are black-tie affairs/events etc.
