Dollar Video on Route 17 South in Paramus is the best one I know.
(Next to Red Lobster)

DVD and VHS.  Wide Variety.  Foreign and Fetish as well

There are also a couple on Route 46.  Pleasure Plus(sex toys and outfits on second floor) in Saddle Brook and World Video(great for the newer stuff) in Little Ferry (a little off Route 46)
