If a provider isn't comfortable, then no. It's kinda common sense here, dude.

Unless it's stated explicitly, which it is in some cases, service does not include taking pics, vids.

I've had quite a few allow me to take pictures and videos, some during the first session, some after I've gotten to know them. Some did not allow it at all.  This was before it became part of the TER profile. And now, even if it's not listed, it's sometimes allowed. .  
Be polite, respectful and flattering. Leave your sense of entitlement at home.

I'd worry about meeting someone like you. If you think you're entitled to something that personal, what else do you think you're entitled to? I wouldn't take a chance to find that out.
