On her Switter she was clearly advertising out of NYC as of this past September. It's not unlikely to think that she was available in the area after.

A review written today on a NY provider that I know has been retired for at least a couple of years. I guess guys will do anything to get VIP. And TER allows it??????

And how would TER know if she is retired if she didn't delist?

Would like to know which provider profile this was under

Just because she doesn’t want to see you , doesn’t mean the same for the rest...

TER will not post reviews for delisted providers

Now, this might not be completely accurate information either but.... multiple ladies have said that, upon delisting, TER has informed them that if someone submits a new review?  Poof!  Her profile is restored.  Re-listed, so to speak.

I think TER was basically saying is that they can't stop every single review from posting (as some will just slip by them from time to time) on a delisted girl, but if informed by way of a RAP or "contact us" they would remove it. I hope they will chime in here and tell us.

When a lady asks TER to delist her, TER has said they have no control over new reviews popping up after delisting, IF she keeps her website active and has current ads. They have asked providers to take down their websites and don’t run ads if they want to be delisted, which makes perfect sense for a lady who is retiring. If she is retiring why would she have an active ad or website?

On the other hand if a provider has a no review policy all she has to do is say “I have a no review policy” somewhere on her website and TER will delist her and not accept future reviews. Of course things do slip through the cracks and a new review may pop up, but someone sending in a problem reports fix that.

This is why GaGambler and I have been telling providers for years (many who have complained “I’ve been trying to delist but they won’t delist me! Wah😭 “) that the fastest way to delist is to just adopt a no review policy, post it on your website and/or ads, and send a problem report on yourself. Bingo, you’re gone.

That's funny. Another guy that wants to comment on something he knows nothing about. I'm not even in NY. Not even close. Haven't tried to contact her in 2 years

I reported this review.  I haven’t seen her in NYC for some time.  Her website even says she is in Europe. Nothing done.

This lady posted in September that she was in NY and on Dec 1 she posted that she relocated to Madrid. It is very possible she was still in NY in November when the session in the review took place. I can see why TER did nothing to the problem report that MilesDalby sent in.

I assume blackjack23 must be talking about some other provider but he never provided a link to the review.

Obviously the lady in question has an ad or website up or the review would not be accepted. Retired providers shouldn’t have active ads or websites. I know there are some ad sites that steal ads from other ad sites then leave them up forever, and a provider might not know there are ads up, or might not be able to take them down, but a problem report to TER should still be able to pull down the review if she is really retired.

Since you didn’t link the review we don’t know who you are talking about. Who knows if she is really retired? Maybe she came out of retirement. Maybe she never retired. If she really is and you have proof, send a problem report to TER instead of complaining on a discussion board about fake reviews.

She has no ad up...no website. The link in the review takes you somewhere that has had no activity in 2 years.

Contact TER, show them your proof and the guys loses his 15 days and I would assume  the girl will be grateful and you will have done the right thing.

Storm and I, as is the case with most guys, are against fake reviews and we will applaud your action if you are correct.

I have posted tons of times about this topic and we agree with you, IF you can prove it. If you cant, you need to stop whining.

She has a Switter and was posting from NYC as of September. Not unlikely to assume that she was in NYC in the last 6 months.

The review has been removed. She reported it. Her profile has been deleted. Guess I knew more than you guys thought I did. Move on to your next thread to try to try to bully someone.
