I don't know the answer to your question, but from a provider's perspective it is very problematic to go on dates with men you meet at bars. I have been approached in the bar of an upscale hotel before by a gentleman looking for what you describe and I pretended I didn't know what he was talking about for a number of reasons.

Firstly, I would be worried about a LE sting. As a result of my caution in this respect, it would be difficult to discuss donations, which could result in some embarrassing misunderstandings. Worse, there is no way for me to verify the guy. While the verification system can never be an absolute guarantee that someone is not a psychopath, a person with ill intent might at least be discouraged from meeting with a provider who takes steps to confirm the identity of her dates.

You don't say why you want to meet ladies in this way, but my suggestion is that many high quality girls would not meet gentleman like this. From your point of view, you also can't check their reviews to ensure that you are booking someone who is likely to provide a good service. I think a better course of action would be to research the kind of lady you would like to meet on TER and arrange an appointment.

Why does this question continue to come up?  Is the issue relevant?  Do the top class ladies make themselves available for pick-up at bars?  In my experience, this is the territory of downscale, non-GFE ladies that will likely leave you disappointed in the end...
