So I've met a couple of well reviewed providers on outcalls where post-session, I've noticed have blood on the hotel sheets, which I assumed meant the girl was having her period.  

I personally would have appreciated a warning as that might have made me decide to change DATY for the session.

the ladies were on their period & they just covered it up. It is very possible that it just came on during the session. Or it is possible a blood vessel got popped if the session was rough.  The vagina is such a sensitive area and sometimes you just never know and this does happen too!!

Trust me as an older woman who cannot project when her monthly will arrive, this does happen.

I do agree with you though that you should be notified and the lady should not be working. However, it's rough on a traveling lady when your monthly decides to surprise you.  I personally chose not to work and had to cancel a session just last week--and mine is all over the damn calendar...He was very appreciative I informed him.

I've been tested. And read a lot about the risk after it happened. Studies show that the antibacterial agents we have in the mouth are very effective and that transmission orally is quite rare.

Also, I think the ladies prepared a lot by cleaning the area as I would have noticed during the session and did not.

Had a regular calling me yesterday prior to our date asking if I was ready for it and if I was clear of my period. I thought it was a strange question as we never had any accident. I asked him why he asked and he told me he had an incident with other escort. I did not ask what kind of incident but quite frankly it was enough for me to decide to cancel our date (which I did 10 hrs before the date as we were still on the phone).
Sorry but things like that are serious. A thing like this and still not think testing is the next thing to do, well, then what you expect.
