It shouldn't be difficult to find action in Westchester or close by (in Connecticut, for instance).

On both the NYC Buzz Board and the NY State Buzz Board, search (one at a time) for:
Westchester  
White Plains
Stamford (CT, but close enough)
and any other city you will be near.

From the above searches, I'm also seeing some Tarrytowns, Elmsfords, and Hartfords (CT) showing up.

Also search the Photo Only Board. Providers are supposed to put the cities where they are available in the subject line.
