Question to the hobbyists of the world...For the life of me I could never figure out why a beautiful sexy woman would get involved in body art/tattoos. Do you, the hobbyist, find it appealing? Is there anything sexy about it? I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings or be critical of a lifestyle so going alias is fine, just wanted some feedback on what guys think about it.

Personally, I have never been big on tattoos but I have to admit that I have been with some providers that their tattoos fit them very well and they added to the excitement and allure.  The tattoos helped me to know a little about the person and that always makes a better experience for me.  On the other hand, I have seen some that their tattoos did nothing for them and it hurt their natural beauty.  I guess I like the tattoos if they truly represent the person they are on other than that I prefer natural beauty.  The only other thing I have to say on the subject is that they can be a great conversation starter.

Asking a question like this is kinda silly.  Everyone had different tastes.  There isn't going to be a universal feeling about tattoos in any community.  Why should ours be any different.

Art is art.  Some like it, some don't.

Some find piercings hot.  Some don't.

Some like long hair, some like bald.

And some people like body art.

So, what exactly is the point of the question?

waterclone..it's a discussion board...just trying to have a discussion. the point of the question? why world peace of course.

To quote the original message...

"I could never figure out why a beautiful sexy woman would get involved in body art/tattoos. Do you, the hobbyist, find it appealing? Is there anything sexy about it?"

He makes it very clear that he doesn't find tattoos appealing.  It's art.  Some like it, some don't, but saying "why would you like that?  is there anything appealing about it" is a challenge.  Which makes it look like a troll post.

He could just have easily said "I could never figure out why someone would see a BBW."  It serves no real purpose other than to challenge those who like large women.  If they aren't to your taste, that's fine, but asking someone to explain/defend why the like them is borderline offensive.

Or maybe I am being overly sensitive.

Some of us were once reckless scared teenagers who thought tattoos meant something cool .... and then we grew up to become beautiful sexy women who realized that all our tattoos mean is that we were wild and stupid in our youth.

Be proud of your tattoos!

you know how sexy I find your body art. I'm quite sure I'm not alone.

The only people I hear about who regret getting their tattoos are people who get them for any reason other than for themselves. For example, getting one of someone else's name, or getting one to fit in with the group, or getting one to make a statement.

The people who don't regret getting them are the people who got them because they liked it and got it to please themselves and only themselves.

Your tattoos are from the past but it help to shape the beautiful and sexy lady that you are today.

My personal opinion: No, not sexy. Tattoos should embellish the person's body, not used to turn the person into something else (in this case a violin).

Man Ray's Kiki de Montparnasse, now that defines sexy (although he manipulated the photograph, she did not actually have that tattoo to my knowledge).

I'm fascinated by tattoos and piercings.

I really wanna be with a gal with full coverage tatts, tongue piercing, pussy piercing, nice large fake boobs and long hair - total PSE. Yummy, just thinking about that kind of girl!

Only one that I can think of that might fit the bill would be Amsterdam, haven't seen her yet, but I'm thinking about it for her next visit. Don't know of any locals that have as much coverage as she has with tatts.

Do yourself a favor and go see her. The tattoo on her back is mesmerizing as she's moving around in doggie-position.

She's coming back in September (see her ad above).

some tattoos are tastefully done. especially those that are in intimate spots and not overdone. i met a gal once that was covered in them and found it to be too much.

I love tattoos and piercings. The more the better in my book.

They tend to be gay and there's some that aren't hot, but when they're hot, they're waaaaay hot.

This is one of my favorite Tats. The nice part about this one? If you hold your ear right next to it, you can smell the ocean !

.. agree with you on that !!!!

Long time, my friend.  I tried emailing you but didn't get anything back.  Don't know if it's wrong on my end or not.

Here's my email   [email protected]

Would you mind sending something ??

Thanks .... from one old salt to another !!!

... you friggin' bird farmer !!!!

But hey, Primus, tell us - if someone licked the "cat" and it "let go", would they live to tell about it ???

I think the prime words would be Ouch & Splat !!!

i have been thinking of getting a new tattoo. my question is, do  tattoos stop guys from booking with a provider?

Most tattoos are not very well well done.
Many people decide to get their first tattoo while drunk, and give no thought in picking the tattoo artist or the tattoo itself.

One common mistake even by people who should know better: tattooed Chinese characters done by people who are quasi-illiterate in Chinese.  Don't see too much of that in English (understandably), or Hebrew but for some reasons, there are a lot of bad Chinese on a lot of bodies out there.

That said, when the tattoo is nicely done, it's definitely is a great turn on for me.  Unfortunately, that's all too rare.
