Considering a trip up your way in the near future. Never visited NYC and would love to hear any reccomendations on hotel, restaurant, entertainment venues. I've heard Peter Luger is a great steakhouse. Any good comedy venues in that area? I love Louis CK. I know he's from NY. Seem him in several places around the states, but curious if he has a regular show up there.  
Love steak, sushi and Italian.. Any great dive spots with excellent food are right up my alley. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Any of the comedians I listed in that thread to be at the Cellar on a given night.  As their home base, it's kind of where they hang out between gigs or projects and sometimes they work out new material on the audiences there, but most of those big names are either out on the road or doing other stuff.  Louie for example has been working on his TV show rather than performing much.  The Cellar is simply a great place to see new and upcoming comics.

Howdy right back at ya and a Wowwwwie from me.  Little lady you are an absolutely gorgeous young woman and if those New Yorkers knew anything, they would offer to take you out to dinner and maybe a show and book a little time with you.  If I lived in NYC I would do that myself!  But since I am in philadelphia you should consider a little stop over in our fair city.

Peter Lugars is an excellent place for steak by the way...but if you go, you need to bring cash since they dont take credit cards (except their own) last I checked.

given all your high marks, i would see you if you ever came into town.    

plenty to do here - theater, shopping, museums, swinger clubs, etc.  lots of sushi, italian, etc.   i would steer clear of Peter Lugers.  not that nice inside and not in manhattan.   tourists always go there overdressed thinking its going to be like Daniel and then they open the door and their jaw drops.  i always get a chuckle out of that.   so many great steakplaces in Manhattan (quality meats, wolfgangs, blt, etc).   try gari or any Nobu for good sushi.    maiolino is good italian.

stay in midtown east if you book a hotel. convenient to go anywhere in the city and i believe a lot of your clientele would be located in that area.
