It's a sketchy agency. There are a few threads about them if you do a search.  
   
 The 'GFEmonkey girls' work for the same agency and the other ads are all stolen from girls from another ad board.

It has the appearance of being totally fake but the "Real Pics" with the selfies of the girls holding the signs makes me wonder.  

Any experience guys?

I tried joining it , thought its something legit, there is not registration process, I sent my info and no one got back to me , I tried few times , no luck , so I say its bogus site
