He should at least narrow it down to places he is willing to travel TO. Yes, there is no "weather" BCD, but you still have to get from the airport to the hotel: McMurdo Station, Antarctica? Grand "130 Fahrenheit" Canyon? Language issues or preferences?

Well, in all fairness. If you look at his reviews, a reasonable person would agree that he is New York City-based, Manhattan to be specific.
If he were in the DMV, he would have several options. Tyson's Girls offers doubles under $1k, cost including both girls. Seems like there would be a ton in New York City.
