I'm a photographer and I'm trying to better understand the NYC photo market.  

Ladies, I'm wondering who your favorite photographer in NYC is, and why!  What makes them so great, and why do you choose them?  How sensitive are you to price in relation to a quality job, and why are you willing to pay what you do for your shoots?  

Any other insights not mentioned would also be appreciated.
