Its downs, I think the LE might be onto them as well since E4a were shutdown..

There have been busts going on, so all these high-profile places are in the crosshairs.  Maybe they took it down preemptively?

In any event, only sticking to the tried and true from here on out.

They were not busted, they must have been sold and are under new management.

They too were owned by Will and his partners from E4A which was just busted.

How do you know this info?  I thought this whole business is very hush hush.
