I visited Nyc a few months back and stayed near times square.  I made outcall appts with three different, well reviewed independent providers at least 12 hours in advance, and all three cancelled on me within 2 hours of the scheduled time.

I have another trip to Nyc in March, this time in the financial district.   My question for those in NY is whether or not outcall cancellation is kind of common in NY, or did I just have some really bad luck last time?  The weather was not a factor and I was staying at a high end hotel that does not require elevator keys.  

I have had better luck with outcall on previous NY visits, but still curious as to what to expect on my upcoming trip staying in the financial district.  Am I better off scheduling incalls?   Do I take my chances with outcalls?  I understand things come up for the girls, and that is totally fine.  It was just surprising that all three had to cancel, and I would like to avoid that this time around.
