anyone offering birthday specials this month?

Birthday specials are expected by NON regular clients.

If you were my regular client I would KNOW when your birthday is and offer one to you.

If you are a new client, why should you be entitled to a special just because it is your birthday?

You don't see providers charge double on their birthdays, do you?
