They wanted it to look like the old site which I think it is much easier on the eyes then the other version...

PLUS!

A lot of desperate girls were contacting guys via PM and emailing, asking them to comment on their weekly ads to BUMP up their post to the top. Lots of guys were shilling for their favorite girls and their ads will bump up to the top which I thought was PURE bullshit. The site is much better this way.

Dont ya think???

This is worse.  It looks messy. Perhaps the kids have broken in the room and changed the format?

In a way, this is back to the old way, but in some aspects a bit late as we were probably all just getting used to the new format.

User design thy name is NOT TER.

I just realized (by looking at the "classic" site) that one of the major differences is that everything is now on the left side, whereas the original was shifted to right (to clear the left nav that no longer exists).

I'm still undecided if this is worse than before or not.

I just noticed this a few minutes ago.  The return of the original format of seeing the entire thread at a glance without having to drill down on them is the most welcome change yet.  If they eliminated the bouncing post issue, even better.  The rest of the changes I can live with, and in some cases, welcome.

Now, if they just get rid of the 'post bumping' situation, the new board will be perfect.

Check the commentary on the general board.

I actually like this format. It's now a hybrid between the old and the new. My .02 cents, I'm good with it now.

Hate to disagree with my ATF, but I like this. Like Crazy said, I hate drilling down to see who responded. I do like the most active posts staying near the top. Shows what everybody's talking about. Like the NYTimes most emailed list.

In the last version, I kinda liked the distinction (via an icon) of ad's/non-ads posts, which is now missing?

format with the new. The thread bumping has also been eliminated. This is a big step forward.
