Can u pm me the other GFE place info?  Its a real toss up sorting thry ads and the place i go is like a revolving door with the girls!  Found a nice girl on bp but thats a rarity and shes hard to schedule with. :/

I read a local escort blog and they were talking about how the owner of a hobby incall I visit a lot basically forces the ladies to go the extra mile or be fired if she finds out. I feel pretty lousy as I gave one of her girls a so so review and I think she is gone now. She wasn't as accomodating as Im used to over there but she was ok. I hope I didn't screw her over. Thoughts?  Should I make my less tham great experience reviews more vague or just not write them?

It is clients, she just go with the flow. There is not much to do with a girl who resist market moves. If you now feel sorry for the girl, write to TER support and maybe they'll remove the review. But there is a chance that someone else will write something similar to your review. Xo

Thanks. I didn't give a horrible review, I think I gave her a 5 on performance.  Also, thinking about it, I don't know if the blogger is 100% right, there could be some personal issues with the owner, I just now noticed that she no longer advertises on the blog and she used to be all over it, in fact I discovered the agency thru tge blog.

I think I know the DB Blog you're referring to and this was my take on it.

Some places have a reputation, for example, everyone on staff is GFE.  Some places offer a mix and you don't what you might get if you go there.  I am guessing that this was a case of a GFE house hiring someone who said she was GFE but turned out not to be GFE, thus disappointing too many guys that the owner then had to comp or partially comp to keep them coming back.  

I don't think anyone forced her to do anything.  Rather, I think she declined to provide a service that was requested (and expected).  

Oops. I read your review.  What you requested is common but not always guaranteed at that place although I've never had a problem.  Now I don't know what to think.  Maybe the boss wants everyone to do that now.  The same blog advertises another place that is also full GFE and what you asked for is always available (in my experience).  

I think you should rethink the "forces" part.  For that place, your resume has to have A, B, CIM and D.  If you don't have all of those qualifications, you should work someplace else.  NOT: If you do not have all of those qualifications we will FORCE you to do them!

I hope she does find a place where she be comfortable doing what she can do and not feeling pressure to do more than that.

I personally think there are so many providers that love what they do. Anywhere that I feel the girls are being "forced" or "harshly" encouraged to do something doesn't attract me at all. I would do independent or a reliable agency. Many girls say they do GFE and don't in any case. The house goes through the meanings of each thing. As a person in charge you have to make the right choice of who hire. If not what makes them more special than backpages. I don't know, no offense to anyone but I can't have a good time knowing a provider isn't interested or is just doing this for quick money. Had too many bad experiences and even seen a girl cry over providing a service. No I stick to what I know and with independents and agencies that have been around for a while.

See that's the thing. This agency (in different forms) has been around forever.  Over 10 years. Ive never really had a "problem" session, usually great but sometimes so so. Could be the girl having an off day or no connection.  Not a big deal I just dont see her again. But then...I read the blog and felt like crap about giving the bad review!  Maybe im overreacting,  she could have realized its not for her (it really wasn't) and moved on. I may just go with reliable reoeats there and if im looking for something new never toftt again.

Wow moocow0979, a girl actually cried in session, upset at what you wanted to do. I hope she found a new job, this is definitely not for her. I hope that never happens to me, if I feel like a jerk about a bad review, this would really make me feel low. Oy vey.
