I see the point. It defies common sense that an AMP provider will stay unjaded and fresh. So if a TER member doesnt feel like telling 400 guys about some gem he has found, IMO he has that right. Whether it makes sense to limit the info to members with 40 reviews or more is debatable, but I'm not sure I care one way or the other.
I would also note that my own reluctance to go to AMPs is based on the fact that I don't see how I can tell whether or not an AMP provider is basically there against her will.

Unless this hobbyist is looking up OUR profiles to determine if we're "worthy" of his treasure... doesn't that defeat the purpose of posting any mention of a great gal?
To a degree, his posting seems more like bragging than letting fellow hobbyists know of a great find. I've posted great finds and horrible rip-offs for the benefit of one and all. If I ever find someone I want to keep to myself. I'll keep her to myself. I might even brag about it... but I won't go inviting hbyists to PM me for her info.
