The risk to providers comes from them becoming a target for hackers or others who may find a way to use/abuse this information. A lot of people they know could become very angry as a result.

There is this horrible trend in NY asking for personal information as part of the vetting process. This is a bad risk for punters and providers alike.  Places like allIamericanrub.com and nycnuru.com are asking for pictures of id, etc. as part of the screening process.  Please STOP giving this information. You are massively endangering your reputation and your family's well-being when you do this.  I have been around for many years in TER and have enjoyed the pleasures of the hobby in NY, SF, LA, Toronto, London, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, etc, etc.. I have enjoyed the amazing, the good, the bad & the ugly. I have to agree that I have even gotten myself is some stupid situations because of flashing horniness at inappropriate times.  There was this time I was drunk at a club in Berlin, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, etc. Lets accept it. When we are out on the prowl with a few drinks we do some stupid things.  But please,,,, There is absolutely no way to justify anyone sober and on their right mind sharing their personal information to ANY service provider, much less an agency. They claim that your information is secure: HAHAHAHAHA. It is available to all hackers, scammers, blackmailers, etc.  Some of them routinely share it with LE. And it will be available until the end of times. Believe me, it is safer to go bareback with a toothless crackhead than to give your personal information to these people.  Lets discuss...

Don't you think guys will tend to be on their best behavior knowing the girl has his personal info? They can also do background checks prior to meeting to further lower their security risks.
I fully understand why you don't want to give up that info. Yes, sadly, some women have abused it. But I am sure you can see this from their side too.

I do get your point and understand why the girls may feel safer having this information. My rant was not for them asking but rather for those giving it and exposing themselves to risks that are much greater than what most people think.  To each their own I guess. Hope everyone stays safe.

I NEVER, NEVER, EVER give out personal information that reveals where I work or live.  There are too many providers that will accept P411 or references so I just avoid those providers that say they need it. This should be particularly true for providers you don't know. There are just too many great providers that don't need that info.  DON'T DO IT!

... And I'll show you mine

Do your research, don’t bargain hunt, share your info with REPUTABLE PROVIDERS ONLY, and pay a deposit…. Or get left behind with all the rest of the dusty punters who think we are interested in ruining their mediocre (at best) lives. Really get real.
