No reviews doesn't necessarily mean someone isn't real or that they are hiding something. For the first two years I worked, I asked clients not to review me. Reviews can be extremely invasive if you are trying to fly under the radar, especially on TER because people are so detailed. Girls who work off of BP tend to be more vulnerable as well. Opening yourself up to reviews can mean having clients who try to blackmail you by threatening to score you low etc. My point is, sometimes the problems that come with reviews make it not worth it.
The best way to decide if someone is real it to reverse image search their photos, ask for some photo verification, and examine their social media that is associated with the account if it exists.
