Gentleman I have seen her and she is very attractive and truly a sweet person.  She is new to the biz and perhaps not that well known but if the $ are within your range I would not hesitate.  Additionally I would not read into the GFE application to only the extended time too much, she is a true GFE regardless of the time allocation.
