Is that the place whose owner did a big interview in a mainstream newspaper, maybe the NY Times or News or Post.  He was kind of bragging about his operation and how he doesn't get busted.  If not Candy's, it was a similar lap-dance plus extras bar-club thing.

I don't think so. I know they had some issue but then reopened. All well

The place known as Candys that also used the pretense of selling DVD's and had an apartment in midtown east closed about a year ago. At least one of the girls is working independently. I read quite a bit about the place on hobby boards but there was no interview with the owner in a newspaper.
