If you keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results it's called...insanity. Get rid of the agencies that aren't professional and move on to others - preferably independents!!
Is it just me or are there certain agencies that tend to have a lot of cancellations? I mean I understand things come up when you are managing multiple ladies but this is like 5 of the last 6 times. Not a good ratio. Kind of like putting a steak in front of a dog then telling him he can't eat it.
Can you be more specific? If the same agency did that to me more than once, I wouldn't give them a third try. Have you experienced this with more than one agency?

Id rather not name and get flamed. They have girls I would like to repeat. On at least a couple of ocassions prob had good reason i.e. one was hurricane related. Just a bad spate I guess and venting.
