I don't know about Holly, but I know of two providers who were Maxim models.  It's not as unbelievable as you may think.

I've met with Holly three times.  She is hands down a 10 in every respect.  Personally, I always thought something was off with the photos. Now that it's being brought to light that those aren't her, I'm realizing what was off is that she's actually better looking than the photos.  

I imagine that escorts do their best to keep from being identified even if it means blurring the face of someone that isn't really them.
