nothing firsthand, but googling "Budapest Escorts" brought up 10 pages of hits, which I hope will get you started.  Most of the time, folks making this sort of trip for the first time start with that and have fairly good results.

Take a detour and go to Germany and check out the FKKs. You will not regret.

It's been awhile but Budapest is a lovely city and has a good club scene as well as an active private scene.  I had a couple of good experiences including one very reasonably priced DDG lady who was so open minded it would make a porn star blush.  Can't remember the local agencies I used.  Prices were generally very reasonable so you could start with an hour and if things looked good extend or try another of their ladies.  

You can start by searching here using Hungary's country code (36) in the area code field or Budapest in the location field.  That will give you about 100 reviews - some dated but at least some starts.  

Captain69 and Punterlink both have directories and reviews of independents and agencies in Budapest. Two London based agencies - Sugarbabesinternational and Uksugarbabes - each have several ladies, including porn stars, listed on their sites.  I've used them in the UK and elsewhere and both are reliable.  

Also remember that tineye photo search can be helpful in searching out fake pictures.
