I understand that most agencys will pick up and book an appointment on the phone before getting any information about the client. If I see someone is calling from a blocked/private number, I usually will not pick up the phone. If you are calling for information and can not call me with a call back number, I  suggest that you e-mail me. I ask for certain information before booking an appointment with a new person.
