As you know, we now have your former police commissioner, Bratton, as our chief of police here in LA.  What can we expect of him regarding the hobby?  What's his attitude?  Is he likely to attack the street scene, incall, outcall?  Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I don't know if this will help:

Bratton and Giuliani were at odds as to how to manage the NYPD, and in effect Rudy just axed him.  One of the issues was "quality of life" crimes, which included street walking types of prostitution.  Under Bratton, there was no extraordinary crack down on the higher quality providers (independents, agencies and brothels) that I am aware of.  There was one published argument between Bratton and Rudy regarding utilization of police manpower, and they were in complete disagreement with each other, so one may surmise that Bratton has more interest in real criminals. He really didn't last long enough to gauge his long term attitude regarding this.

I believe that he was in Boston before he came to NY.  Maybe had a longer tenure there.
