I don't see much of a difference myself.  What I do find is that some gents get frustrated if they can't finish due to the viagra.  I thought it was funny that a gent would be willing to take it to last longer but not be able to finish than to be able to finish (even if it is rather quickly)without it. Different strokes I guess.

I don't leave until my hour is up wether they are done or not.  The only time I do leave early is if they say it's alright ( I never ask). There are alot of things that we can do so that we still have fun even if the second pop doesn't happen. Because of this I can't say that I see much of a change.  The time that it takes or cups don't bother me.  The fact that they may not be able to finish and leave frustrated does
