In general, there's no way to tell.  Removal by TER is a bad
sign.

If they were actually removed by her then it's more tricky.
For _non_ rip-off providers, it is their right to have
reviews removed at their request.  The question is why?

Some providers do not like the explicit details that are in
reviews.  Others, may have very low review ratings and feel
the reviews are negatively affecting their business.

Problem is, unless they are very well known or you can get
back channel information it's a crap shoot.
