add a "don't know" to the smokes question.

And, actually, it would be really handy if we could choose a provider to review, and not have to enter in all the info that's already in the system.  

All of these are good suggestions.  But, they should be posted to the Suggestions/Policy Board.  That's the one that the decision makers read for input like this.
