Any recommendations for a provider 45 and up that allows video whether for a fee or not?

Not NY-based anymore but tours here frequently. For a few she will video the session and give you the chip. At least she used to.

She doesnt bring her equipment anymore so you would need to privide you own, or use you cell phone.
