It looks like a legit ad because she says she's available for dinners and black tie events. It wouldn't make sense to post phoney photos when the hobbyist can just walk away once he sees the provider at the event.
Also, the photos are verified, meaning she HAD to present the photos in person, or provide solid evidence the photos are hers.
Although VERIFICATION is never a guarantee that the woman who handed in the photos is the same one who'll show up for your rendevous.
But this seems legit to me. And yes, she's smokin hot.

Please advise as soon as you see her.  I am planning a trip to nyc soon and asian providers (or even part asian) are my passion, and this one is so hot I just pray she is real.  EOM.  Bob
