1) Women always like to look their best for a picture (don't we all). So don't be too suprised if she looks slightly different in person - especially after a week of incall.

2) Whatever age they give you, you should (in certain cases) add five years to it.

3) Always, always, always, try to take shower and be nice and clean for her. You wouldn't believe some of the stories that I've heard from the ladies!!!

4) Don't ask her, "Why is a girl like you in this business?" Her answer will be, "Give me your home number, I'll ask your S.O. why you have to pay for it when you have it at home for free".

5) ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, check the reviews after you've seen her picture. Unless you have $$$ to burn, it isn't worth it. Great body doesn't always = great service. However, I do like the TOFTT attitude that the NY guys have had lately.

6) Write a review to help out the other guys (okay, I'm about a dozen reviews behind).

7) Leave the money on the night table. If you see her looking at it, tell her it's okay if she wants to count it. Don't hand it to her.

Just leave the money in an envelope on the table BUT don't say ANYTHING.  If she counts it, she should do so while you hop in the shower or have your back turned.  Not a good idea to mention the money at all.  My 2 cents.
