I just read a review of a well reviewed provider with many reviews that was a copy word for word of an earlier review. Any policy this violates?  Any protocol for addressing it?

I submitted a report to Admin and it was removed.

Previously, when he signed up for TER he was kind of naive and used his family nickname - and he did notify me by mail - that someone found him here.
So, he changed his name and reposted his original review under his new TER name. Because it was reposted under his new name, it shows like is a new review, but is not.
Maybe, a similar situation happened with the review you read?
